Onsite Support Engineer

This role will be responsible for Level 2/3 infrastructure support on client sites. Ideally you will be working as a Field Engineer possibly in a smaller business or be an experienced Level 2 looking to take the next step. As a Procurement Coordinator you will support the sales team by providing IT procurement, analytical, sales and administrative support. Time management and identifying tasks that take priority, are a critical part of this role.

This role plays a key part in helping our client's gain their competitive edge and is responsible for supporting the sales team at The Instillery on a daily basis. You will be charged with continuing to provide the best service and communication to our clients and team, while looking for further business opportunities. This role plays a large supporting function in both design and support activities. Presentations, requirements gathering, report writing, opportunity sizing, incident and problem management are standard activities.

Consultant

The Consultant plays a lead role in ensuring that customers are getting quality outcomes for both technical and business challenges that are presented.
As a Consultant, being up to date with the latest technology, process and business developments is key to success. So is the ability to be able to deploy them in enterprise production environments. It is key that you can demonstrate your knowledge confidently to clients.
This role plays a large supporting function in presales activities. Presentations, requirements gathering, report writing and opportunity sizing are standard activities. The Consultant ensures that they are all performed to the highest of standards, and helps drive this discipline within the team.
