The Instillery welcomes top Mercury cloud talent onboard

The Instillery today announced that former Mercury Energy technical leader Grant Baty has joined the company in the role of principal consultant.

Commencing in February, Baty is charged with working alongside New Zealand’s leading enterprise organisations and government agencies to drive velocity into public cloud adoption.

With a well-founded background in technology, Baty joins The Instillery with over 15 years’ of enterprise IT experience across both utility and health industries, specialising in cloud and automation for the past seven years. Most recently as the cloud and infrastructure manager, and head of the cloud centre of excellence at Mercury.

Founder & ceo of The Instillery, Mike Jenkins, says Baty’s credentials were undeniable as one of the foremost technical leaders of cloud in New Zealand.
